WHAT’S IT ABOUT?
Jeff Bauman (Gyllenhaal) is an underachieving Boston resident who, whilst supporting his girlfriend Erin (Maslany) at the Boston Marathon in 2013, is caught in the terrorist explosion and loses both of his legs in the process.
