WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In the Smurf Village, a mysterious map is discovered by Smurfette (Lovato) which leads her and her friends Brainy Smurf (Pudi), Clumsy Smurf (McBrayer) and Hefty Smurf (Manganiello) on a quest through the Forbidden Forest to find a fabled lost village, which may be home to the greatest Smurf secret of them all. But they’ll have to get there fast, before the evil wizard Gargamel (Wilson) finds it before them…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Non-fans of the live-action/CG hybrid Smurfs films will be delighted to hear that this fully-animated film is a complete reboot, setting itself both in style and story much closer to the spirit of Belgian cartoonist Peyo’s creations.
