Young orphan Molly Moon (Cassidy) lives a dull and miserable life at her orphanage, until one day when she comes across a book that teaches how to successfully hypnotise someone. She uses her newfound skills to make her life better at the orphanage, and even to achieve national fame, but soon she finds herself targeted by a nefarious bank robber (Monaghan) who wants to use the book for his own ends…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

The delightfully quirky children’s book gets a crafty big screen adaptation, with enough top actors and tomfoolery to persuade your kids to see it this Christmas without being hypnotized to do so!
