WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Aisha (Morton) is a single mother with severe depression, and whose teenage daughter Vi (Jones) is saddled with the responsibility of caring for her mother as well as her younger brother Troy (Skelton). When they take a holiday together to the seaside, they meet single mother Lillah (Piper) who is living with her gregarious brother Lias (Mays) and her rambunctious daughter Miranda (Ramsey), and it’s not long before both dysfunctional families begin to clash…
