Former Hollywood star Helen (Joan Collins) escapes her London retirement home with her best friend Priscilla (Pauline Collins), a bored housewife, and they both set out on a road trip to the west coast of France, with the intention of gate-crashing her ex-husband’s funeral. Along the way, they become entangled in a series of adventures where their friendship is tested numerous times…
