WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Two couples – shy Liz (May) and happy-go-lucky Daz (Bolger), and impulsive Beth (Barden) and sensitive Aiden (Hogg) – arrive at a hotel for the weekend in the seaside town of Scarborough, where both couples are forced to come to terms with the illicit nature of their impossible love as joy soon turns into heartache…

Barnaby Southcombe adapts Fiona Evans’ play into a compelling romantic drama with two stories running parallel to each other, with four intimate lead performances from the likes of Jessica Barden, the star of hit TV series The End of the F***ing World.
